Ta’ Betta Wine Estates has strengthened its team with a new appointment; Josef Bonello, who brings more than 30 years’ experience in the wine industry and who takes on the new role of Head of Sales & Marketing.
“As we grow and expand our sales and distribution network both locally and internationally, we felt the need to expand our team to better service the demands of the market,” explained Juanito Camilleri, co-founder of Ta’ Betta Wine Estates. “We are extremely pleased to have Josef Bonello on board. He needs no introduction when it comes to the wine industry. He’s been in the business, on various fronts, for over 30 years, and he is now bringing his knowledge and expertise to Ta’ Betta, where he will be collaborating with the rest of the production, events, logistics and marketing teams to consolidate and strengthen the estate as an exclusive venue as well as to extend the brand’s sales and distribution network.”
Ta’ Betta Wines Estate is a four-hectare estate in Girgenti, limits of Siggiewi, Malta. The estate produces fine wines and hosts exclusive wine events within its private grounds for its Club Members and discerning clients. Ta’ Betta wines are distributed locally to a selected list of wine retailers and restaurants and can also be bought online at tabetta.com for which contactless home delivery is available during this period. In addition, Ta’ Betta wine is also exported to Germany and Switzerland.
