Ron Colvin the Tastings Advisor and Sean Burke the Executive Sales Manager of Ta’ Betta Wine Estates recently participated in an exclusive wine tasting event organised by Our Sommeliers, Ta’ Betta’s distributors in London, at the iconic St James’s Room at 67 Pall Mall where the range of Ta’ Betta wines were showcased.

From Japan to Italy, over 50 top-tier wines were shared in an intimate walk-around setting, allowing real conversations and direct connections with passionate wine lovers and professionals.

Beef & Liberty
Nothing sweeter than seeing our Antonio Manoel listed and displayed at Beef & Liberty at Hong Kong International Airport. Best way to close off a wonderful and productive trip to Hong Kong. Thanks to Luca Luise, Alessio Lo Monaco, Ivan Kan, and Isaac Han of Amorosso Fine Wines who distribute Ta’ Betta in Hong Kong, and to Ron Colvin for being such a great ambassador of our brand.

Lunch at Duddell’s
A trip to Hong Kong would not be complete without savouring Dim Sum, and where better than at Duddell’s. Great to see Ta’ Betta wine listed at this Michelin starred restaurant.

Thank you Michelin rated Beefbar Hong Kong for hosting a delightful pairing dinner with the full range of Ta’ Betta wines. Dinner at Francis West
Another match in heaven! Ta’ Betta wines complement the flavourful cuisine of Francis West a cosy Hong Kong Soho eatery which takes inspiration from the fragrant spices and smoky flavours of the Maghreb. Great to meet the owner sommelier Simone Sammuri again this year and taste our wines with a meze of delightful dishes prepared with care by chef Asher Goldstein.

Lunch at Zumas
Delighted to have met Nicola Perrone, Head of Wine at Hong Kong’s Zuma Restaurant. Situated at The Landmark, the most prestigious address, in the heart of central, at Zuma one can discover a twist on traditional Japanese izakaya cuisine which pairs fabulously with our range of Ta’ Betta Wines.

Master Class at AWSEC
Honoured to have been invited to deliver a master class at the Asia Wine Service Education Centre. Thank you Ron Colvin for conducting a tutored tasting featuring the full range of Ta’ Betta Wines which are now available through Amorosso Fine Wines in Hong Kong. The attendees, all WSET level 4 diploma students, experienced Maltese wines for the first time.

Dinner at Fireside
Nothing better than to kickoff our visit to Hong Kong this year with a sumptuous dinner at Fireside voted by Michelin as one of the World’s top 101 Steakhouses. Mighty proud to savour our wines with their outstanding cuisine which has strong Spanish Argentinian flavours.

Bristol Hotel, Warsaw – February 2024

Ta’ Betta was invited to participate in an exclusive gathering at the Hotel Bristol in Warsaw of 40 wineries, mostly from Italy and Austria. This memorable walk-around tasting event organised by Crossways for Polish media and trade partners, was later open for wine enthusiasts who also attended a masterclass of a selection of wines exhibited organised by Simon Staffler of Wineline Falstaff Italia.

Produced in partnership by the International Club for Rolls-Royce & Bentley Enthusiasts (RREC) and publisher St James’s House. Ta’ Betta has been interviewed by the Royal Correspondent Robert Jobson and was invited by St. James’s House to feature in this prestigious celebrating Queen Elizabeth II’s Jubilee.
